Men’s Healing Retreats & Intentional Experiences

At Brothers in Arms, our men’s healing retreats bring together purpose, community, and deep connection. Rooted in intentional healing circles, each retreat offers space for emotional growth, authentic connection, and personal transformation. Whether through creative exploration, community meals, movement, or reflective practices, our retreats are designed to support men in living with strength, clarity, and connection.

Mass Moca Retreat

Our Mass MoCA Retreat was a powerful journey of art, connection, and healing. Together, we traveled 106 miles to gather, create, and bond in community. We wrote letters to our future selves, shared stories, broke bread side-by-side, explored creative mediums, and ignited authentic conversations. Through intentional practices, prayer, creativity, and shared experiences, participants moved deeper into self-awareness and mutual support — dissolving isolation and strengthening brotherhood.

KOA Retreat

The KOA Retreat is a grounding experience designed for men seeking both rest and inner clarity in nature’s simplicity. Set against the calming backdrop of wooded campgrounds, this retreat blends planned group activities with spacious time for personal reflection. Participants engage in morning circles, guided journaling, community meals, supportive peer sharing, and embodied practices that invite deeper awareness and grounding. Thoughtfully facilitated, the KOA Retreat creates a welcoming environment where every man is encouraged to show up as he is — supported, seen, and affirmed in his unique journey toward growth.

“If you get tired, learn to rest, not to quit.”

BIA x Jeanne Geiger Collaboration Retreat

Transformational.

This day was magical beyond belief. As a collective we cried, danced, broke bread & most importantly laughed together in shared space.

We held 2 circles throughout the day. one in the beginning of the day and another at the end and Our Youth Leader Luis helped facilitate both circles.

We started the day as strangers and by the end of the day we became family. There’s power in community no matter what your ethnic background, age, or gender may be so if you’re blessed to have a community of likeminded individuals that can hold space for you cherish them, if you know of a community that meets regularly join them and if you’re missing both create one.
